RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner when customers have completed their meals
• Run bus tubs to kitchen, separate trash, dishes, plates and other items to prep items for dishwashers
• Run food from kitchen to tables under the direction of servers and Expo
• Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy environment by cleaning up spills, emptying trash cans, etc.
• Respond to customer requests and offer polite, professional customer service
• Restock server stations and other supplies in a timely and organized manner
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and patiently with customers and guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.

  EXPECTED JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Food service experience with general knowledge of bar//nightclub operations.
  • Must be at least age 18 or older, depending on state regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Alcohol awareness certification and//or food service permit or valid health//food handler card as required by local or state government agency
  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.
  • Mathematical skills, including basic math are used frequently
  • May be required to work nights, weekends, and//or holidays
  • Must Love Dogs!

    Other:

    • Must speak fluent English
    • Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds (kegs, ice, glasses, trays, etc.)
    • Handling food, objects, products and utensils effectively and safely
    • Frequently standing up or moving about the facility efficiently and safely
    • Withstand potential climate temperature changes in assigned work area
