Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Seeks to greet all guests warmly with enthusiasm whenever in service and present on the floor.
• Ensures the bar is well-stocked with glasses, coasters, napkins, straws, ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Stocks and organizes drink pass with garnishes and straws.
• Completes all assigned side work related to set up and breakdown of the bar.
• Prepares glassware, ticket rail, and drink trays.
• Clears tables efficiently, with finesse and urgency
• Assists in maintaining an immaculate dish area and kitchen 
• Confidently is able to have conversations with guests and is able to relay any intel to the rest of the team.
• Has a desire and ability to aid co-workers during service for shared common goals 
• Confidently communicates with the service and management teams about guests needs/desires.
• Delivers beverages to assigned position and correct table, and clearly announces the drop line of all drinks 
• Maintains table cleanliness, removing glassware as needed, refilling water and being alert to customer needs, communicating needs to service and management teams.
• Is driven by knowledge of all beverage items, ingredients, and presentation.
• Innately has the drive to been on time, and takes great care in being presentable and professional 
• Reads the order tickets and ensures that all guests are delivered the correct beverages, to position numbers and tables
• Able to lift 40 pounds 
• Is able to work in both indoor and outdoor

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• Fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the Bar to others.
• Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 20 to 60 pounds.
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
