We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Barista to join our team. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee, tea, and other beverages. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a small team and delegating duties on shift.

• Cash handling including counting drawers and making deposits.

• Dependable, punctual, and positive

• Hands-on and highly action-oriented

• Actively give feedback, monitoring the effectiveness of your team by providing timely positive and critical feedback.

• ENGAGED CUSTOMER INTERACTION.

• Taking orders and suggestive selling at the register.

• Opening and closing duties (cleaning – sweeping, mopping, light dishes, setting up for AM/PM shift).

• Exceptional attention to cleanliness and organization.

• Communicating with Management Daily/ Weekly

• Flexible availability - including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand on your feet for up to 8-9 hours per day

• Food Handler's Certificate is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Positive Attitude

• 1 years experience Barista

• Experience with expediting at the line.
