Working Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Summary:
The Assistant Program Director of Admissions (APDA) is responsible for the overall successful
operation of the Admissions Office. The APDA supports the Coordinator of Enrollment Services in
the management of all admissions initiatives and supervises the admissions staff. The APDA will
need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace complexity, and have a strong
understanding of enrollment management systems. He/she will need to be a strategically
oriented, idea-generating enrollment professional.

Other information:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. One to two years of supervisory
experience in a higher education setting preferred. Strong customer service and communication
skills. Self-motivated. High level of organizational skills. Knowledge of current software packages,
i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite. Basic computer skills utilizing desktop and
laptop computers.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
