The Talent Acquisition Generalist supports all non-traditional recruitment, internal transfers, personnel changes and supports the Manager of Talent Acquisition. The TA Generalist advises contractors, students, volunteers and leaders on our HR policies and procedures as it relates to recruiting and onboarding. The TA Generalist is responsible for the physician onboarding process as well as the onboarding processes for students, contractors and volunteers. The TA Generalist manages the contract labor process and communication to ensure our departments are staffed appropriately. The TA Generalist is responsible for maintaining compliance with all onboarding processes.

The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.

• Bachelors Degree required or five years experience in Human Resources in lieu of Bachelors degree.
• Two years experience in Human Resources is required
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, SHRM-CP or CHHR preferred
• Demonstrates knowledge of employment laws and HR Database knowledge.
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Must possess skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and all customers. Ability to multi-task; Possess effective time management and good organizational skills. Detailed oriented. Well-developed interpersonal and problem solving skills. Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent Customer service skills (Good communication and people skills)
