Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries - Assist with event planning and coordination - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment - Handle confidential information with discretion Skills: - Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature software - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus If you are a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $109,318.00 - $137,519.00 per year
