Summary : Responsible for building a strong employment brand, developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, and working with management to determine both current and future staffing needs.
Balance current recruitment needs with building and managing pipelines of candidates for future openings. Conduct applicant screening, testing and backgrounds to qualified candidates.
