Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise

- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable

- Proficiency in using software applications for sales tracking and inventory management

- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective communication with customers

- Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environment is preferred

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic understanding of sales management principles
