BankFinancial is Hiring a Trust Associate [Part-Time] Near Downers Grove, IL
Summary: The Trust Associate has the responsibility for clerical duties of the trust services department as well as the land trust department. Including but not limited to administration, cash management, record keeping and clerical duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Completes task associated with Trust, Investment and Land Trust requests and administration as assigned by supervisor. Including land trust opening and closing, deed preparations, and client correspondence.
Maintains the Record Retention system for the Trust Department.
Updates and maintains DocumentMall imaging system.
Maintains the vault, including filing and scanning client files.
Assists with compliance in regard to OFAC/Fincen when necessary.
Assembles requested documents, files, records, etc. for the bank audits and examinations.
Provides support to Trust Services Manager and Trust Officers with all correspondence requests.
Updates the Will Bank (pre-death wills and trust documents).
Distributes department mail.
Assists with preparation of the Trust Committee packets containing monthly reports
Assists walk-in customers and answers telephones.

Required Experience:
- High school diploma or some college preferred
- One to three years related clerical experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
