We are seeking an Investment Operations Leader in our Madison, WI location. The role has management responsibility for Investment Operations including Safekeeping and Portfolio Accounting offerings. This role is responsible for annual budget and vendor management. This role also will lead the hiring review process for Investment Operations staff.

Leadership & Supervision

• Provide mentoring and supervision of Investment Operations team including hiring, training, compensation, and performance reviews
• Develop procedures in compliance all relevant rules and regulations. Ensures all processes are technologically efficient.
• Delegate tasks, provide training, and communicate changes to meet the scope of projects and ensure proper workflow.
• Generates, develops and implements improvements within the department.

Financial Management

• Track invoice volumes data for trend analysis, budget, and contract renewal negotiations.
• Track revenue by category, perform trend analysis and forecasting through graphics and process understanding.
• Review and all invoices and submit for payment.
• Forecast the annual budget for Investment Operations.
• Perform vendor due diligence.
• Prepares monthly department billing and addresses and resolves billing discrepancies.

Customer Service & Marketing

• Present Investment Operations products and proposals to prospective customers.
• Field and route customer questions ensuring high service level.
• Act as the primary resource for any escalation of customer issues.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job. Five or more years of previous comprehensive safekeeping, investment, accounting, or other related experience. Five or more years of leadership and management experience.
