VP, Private Banking Service Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth understanding of products and services to effectively cross-sell available products to new and existing clients.
• Provide and ensure quality client service by answering client questions, investigating and correcting any errors, and responding to all client inquiries promptly.
• Ensure new accounts processes are adhered to including required documentation, retention, and all regulatory requirements including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer.
• Address client complaints and inquiries; maintain contact with clients through telephone or written communication, as needed.
• Contact clients on maturing CDARS and CDs in a timely manner for transfers and reinvestments.
• Ensure the department has appointees for the Medallion Stamp Program and Notary services.
• Ensure all bank-required training is completed on time.
• Complete any other assignment that is deemed necessary by the Head of Private Banking to grow business.

Requirements:

• College degree in business, related field or equivalent working experience. Diploma or degree in Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience .
• Exhibits leadership and management skills that inspires high performance from team members.
• Operational knowledge of deposit and cash management banking regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel; knowledge of Salesforce.
• Thorough knowledge of all bank services, deposit compliance regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, and management experience.
• A high level of client service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the Bank and to represent the Bank positively to current and potential clients.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
