Primarily responsible for medium - large projects for an end to end credit delivery platform. Provides consulting expertise to operations units and product managers on platform needs and productivity issues. Takes business feedback to maintain a backlog of platform requirements in an agile model. Works with development teams to refine and accept changes. Completes user acceptance testing and assists in training and adoption. Requires a thorough knowledge of the credit operations area.

LOB Job Description:

Our CreditCenter Project Team is seeking a qualified project consultant with credit operations experience including fulfillment, due diligence, booking, and/or collateral perfection expertise.  The position partner with business to gather feedback on enhancements required in the platform, perform UAT and regression Testing, assist with Production support including user support, and assist in training and adoption.  The successful candidate will become a part of a team of other commercial credit operations subject matter experts also working on the project representing different capabilities and end users of the platform.

Required Skills:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit operations

Experience as a user or supporting users of CreditCenter, GFS, LoanIQ, or HotDocs

Candidates should possess superior communication skills and be experienced at gathering and writing business and technical requirements, process design, role definition, procedure development, training, and system testing.

Desired Skills:

Prior experience working on large scale projects in an agile framework

Knowledge of agile methodology
