Provide support for large workstation software deployments by assisting Project Teams in setup of software deployment plans. Subject Matter Expert in workstation software deployments for sharing knowledge with other Deployment Coordinators. Good triage, troubleshooting skills for resolving workstation software deployment issues. Experience working with Microsoft Office deployments and software upgrades. Release Manager for Microsoft 365 Application updates and patching. Responsible for overseeing user access setup and target class administration in the in-house developed / maintained SM Tools application. Role must be able to quickly change focus from one activity to another. Initiate process improvements and facilitate tool enhancements, including requirements gathering and feature enhancement testing. Lead adoption and integration of new tools & technologies.

Required Skills Key Responsibilities/Skills:
• 5 – 7 years of IT experience in workstation software deployments. • 5 years of IT experience in Endpoint Management. • 5 years of IT experience using the following software deployment tools: Microsoft Configuration Manager & Tivoli Endpoint Management. • 3 years of IT experience using the software deployment tool Tanium. Experience should include job scheduling and utilizing the scanning feature. • 3 years of Project Management experience. • Basic understanding of SQL queries • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel. • Strong knowledge of the ITIL Processes with a focus on Incident, Change and Problem Management
