Job Description:
Used primarily in Web publication; will assist Senior Channel Specialist in the operation of the channel.

As an Intranet & Email Production Manager, you will work alongside a team of fellow production managers to design, code and distribute more than 1,000 employee communications across Flagscape and email channels per month. You’ll do so in a fast-paced environment with thoughtfulness, drive, and a focus on flawless execution.

Specifically, you will:

• Publish employee communications through structured processes and the use of core intranet and email publishing platforms such as OpenText, Message Studio and Communications Central.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Communications colleagues by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in intranet and email production.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.

• Provide input into the governance and strategic roadmap of the intranet and email channels.

As an Intranet & Email Production Manager, you will work alongside a team of fellow production managers to design, code and distribute more than 1,000 employee communications across Flagscape and email channels per month. Required skills:

  • Minimum of two years with User Experience Design
  • Ability to quickly understand existing processes
  • Knows HTML
  • Understands Content management systems / relational databases
  • Understands organizational hierarchies
  • Autonomous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manages priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Strong issue management skills, including ability to troubleshoot and escalate
  • Documents gaps, and considers those gaps while influencing change for the future
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional partners and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
