We are seeking an experienced Tier II IT Engineer to manage Windows workstations using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and perform scripting with PowerShell, as well as app packaging.The customer you will be serving is a Federal agency at their headquarters location in downtown Washington D.C. This role interacts directly with users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent working knowledge of PowerShell and Intune
• Manage and maintain workstations and mobile devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Intermediate scripting using PowerShell
• Package applications for deployment using PowerShell deployment toolkit
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Expertise with endpoint Group Policies and GPOs
• Conduct system upgrades and maintenance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and users
• Guide/mentor junior engineers

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience or certifications
• Experience: Three (3) years of experience in desktop management
• Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, PowerShell scripting, and app packaging
• Experience with pushing Group Policies and ADMX templates
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win10 ) and Office 365
• Providing Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support to users
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with others
• Adept at conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Due to the nature of the work (US Federal Govt), only US Citizens are eligible
• Successful background investigation is required
