We're seeking an Office Coordinator to play a pivotal role within our team, offering either full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours in the beautiful setting of Los Alamos, NM. What You Will Do:

    • Provide outstanding administrative support across multiple projects, driving operational excellence within our Government Programs division.
    • Undertake specialized administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to each project's unique requirements.
    • Organize and coordinate schedules, appointments, and project-related events with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring effective project integration and coordination.
    • Manage documentation and uphold stringent standards for file organization and accessibility.
    • Assist in developing reports, presentations, and crucial documentation for comprehensive project management.
    • Address ad-hoc tasks and operational needs with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
    • Contribute to the refinement of administrative processes, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

    • At least 7 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within government or project-centric environments.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Superior communication skills for professional interactions at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential administrative software tools.
    • An adaptable professional demeanor ready to adjust to evolving project requirements.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
    • A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility in scheduling to meet project requirements or deadlines.
    • Ability to pass a drug test, physical, and background check, with a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's policy.
