Work Arrangement
***This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the U.S.A.***
Technical analyst for the Bank Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. Responsible for processing/servicing account life cycle management from identity creation and entitlement provisioning through termination. Supports audit as needed. Participates in the rollout of workflows, documentation, and support model related to account access. Follows organization wide policies and procedures relating to Identity and Access Management for end users and/or applicable service accounts. Communicates with technology teams (e.g. Network, System Administration, Cybersecurity) to ensure compliance with high standards.
Essential Functions
1. Creates provision, secures, and terminates access through Microsoft Active Directory and other tools.2. Ensures all access changes are documented and archived per internal procedures.3. Engages with employees and partners relating to Identity Access Management processes and questions.4. Troubleshoots access issues with end users, internal support teams, and/or 3rd parties5. Follows organizational policies and procedures to ensure only authorized personnel have access to systems.6. Runs reports/metrics as required.7. Supports the enrollment of Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), and Mobile Device Management (MDM).8. Processes incoming access change requests following department procedures for documenting changes. Leveraging tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, Active Directory and ITSM tools.9. Participates in small project initiatives to deliver operational services and/or executes approved projects.10. Responds to assigned tickets, resolve issues, document actions, and closes tickets in the system.11. Acts in the best interests of the organization to minimize risks and ensures compliance with all federal agency and banking rules and regulations governing the industry and its products.12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements
• An undergraduate degree in a related field and/or an equivalent combination of certifications, training, and experience.• 2 years of Identity and Access Management experience

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• Demonstrated commitment to following verbal and written instructions.• Experience supporting a mix of local and remote users in a process-driven environment.• Self-driven, with an ability to identify and take accountability of incoming service tasks.• Customer service skills with a high level of customer focus.• Experience with technologies such as: Configuration Manager, O365, Active Directory, and Intune.• Experience with Mobile Device Management a plus.• Ability to prioritize and organize efficiently.• A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
Salary Range: $49,907 - $82,461
