Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Responsibilities:
- Perform various hair and beauty services such as hair extensions, barbering, eyelash extensions, and color treatments
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and offer professional recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with retail sales of hair and beauty products
- Manage appointments using MINDBODY software
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
- Proficiency in hair extension techniques, barbering, color theory, and eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products and increase revenue
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Familiarity with MINDBODY software or similar salon management systems

Pay: $9.20 - $13.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
