Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver top-notch service
- Maintain excellent standards for food and beverage quality
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless service
- Cultivate a lively and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
- Perform and follow floor management protocols
- Perform and follow operational systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Previous Toast POS experience is a plus
- Previous Opentable experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
