Hope Evangelical Free Church in Roscoe, Illinois is seeking to hire a pastor of student ministries who is excited and prepared to provide pastoral leadership and care to students in grades 6-.

This person will be joining a collaborative and energetic staff team and a ministerially minded and unified elder board.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral leadership for students that seeks deep relationships and growth in Christ.
• Oversee all student ministry programs, activities, and events.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks for student ministries and as a staff member.
• Develop and support a relationally engaged team of student ministry volunteers.
• Other duties as assigned, as well as the duties required of the office of pastor-elder.

Qualifications

• Endorse and support the EFCA statement of faith and be willing to pursue ordination.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Student ministry experience and seminary preferred.
• Willing to support and implement the mission and objectives of Hope Church.
• A team player who demonstrates good leadership, management, and people skills.
