You love search & are obsessed with driving growth. The SEM Manager is a performance marketing & revenue driving role at Bambee. You will focus on lead generation and customer acquisition by managing and leading Paid Google & Bing Search, Organic Search, Content Marketing, and the company blog to reach America’s Small Businesses.
Each year there are millions of searches from small business owners looking for help with HR - 96% of the 5.6M small business owners in the United States do not have an HR Manager. This set of business owners also employ 50% of all workers. This means most business owners in the country use search to help them navigate some of the most complex employee related issues a company can face. “Do I need sexual harassment for my managers?”, “How do I look for bias in my companies hiring practices?” “How much should a top performing employee get when giving them a raise?” to name a few.
Bambee created the HR Manager as a service category and is now the largest provider of HR Managers to Businesses in America. The SEM Manager’s job is to capture the demand in our category in search to reach our customers and continue our hyper growth trajectory. As an SEM Manager you will learn & study all Bambee products and services (HR Autopilot, HR Manager, Workforce training, Guided Payroll & Health Benefits), build strategies that dramatically expand our keyword reach, and measure your efforts by hitting lead generation, revenue, and efficiency targets. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, you will focus on developing campaigns that focus on high converting search terms to drive rapid growth. In addition, focusing on high volume search terms combined with re-targeting efforts to drive longer term growth. You’ll also manage the SEO & Content roadmap, working with our SEO Agency, engineering, and product teams to rapidly expand Bambees organic search presence.

Bambee was founded in 2016 by Allan Jones (2x-entrepreneur & ex-CMO of ZipRecruiter, and Head of Product at Docstoc [acquired by Intuit]), who has a proven track record in developing successful product and marketing strategies for small businesses/HR.
