Baltimore International Academy West (BIA West) is seeking a Spanish/Social Studies Middle School Teacher for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. BIA West is a K-4, 6-8 public charter school in southwest Baltimore City that focuses on language immersion and International Baccalaureate (IB). The Spanish/Social Studies Middle School will teach Spanish Language Arts and Social Studies to our 6th-8th Grade Spanish Immersion students. The candidate must have native-level fluency in Spanish. The candidate should also have at least a Bachelor's degree, and have a MD teaching certificate, or be eligible for one. Experience with IB is a plus.
