Bally's Corporation is Hiring an Attendant - Food MBC (Barista) - Full Time Near Stateline, NV

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures and individualized Process all orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Delivers Legendary Service to all customers by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer. Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.
Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages.
Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned. Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas, seating, and storage areas.
Maintain stock on service items and replenish as required.
Must be knowledgeable of all the offerings at the Cafe and be able to educate guests on the products and services.
Must follow the Thoughtful Service model at all times.
Other related duties as assigned by management.
