The Role

Stadium Bally Live is looking for a candidate who will utilize industry knowledge, client relationships, and project management skills to drive client offerings and advance opportunities, assist in retention and satisfaction, and work with the broader team to ensure a full execution of successful campaigns across all creative offerings (Social, Influencers, Branded Content, Live, Experiential). This role will work closely with our sales team and will be an integral part to the overall success of the team. The right candidate may (likely) be someone who wants to ascend to a media sales position, but the desire to do so is not a requirement for one’s candidacy.

The role is involved in planning, managing and executing interactive marketing strategy. This person must have in depth knowledge of all digital channels including video, mobile, and other emerging channels. Experience in traditional (OOH, TV) is also helpful. This role will be a strategic support, planning and optimization lead. The role will be responsible for facilitating and managing the relationship between the client and our third-party vendors and will maintain and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and execute online marketing and media strategy, designed to maximize client business/marketing objectives
  • Day to day contact for prospective and active clients; able to build strong client relationships while executing upsell and cross-sell to organically grow the business
  • Accountable for each assigned marketing/media project and each phase (directly or indirectly) of the online marketing/media process: strategy, planning/buying, trafficking, optimization, and measurement analysis and ROI
  • Responsible for relationship with third-party vendors – i.e. keeping up to date on all offerings and facilitating meetings between the vendor, client and team members
  • Develop sales strategies to be used in media kits for client presentations
  • Manage deadlines and workflow (calendars, budgets, meetings)
  • Ensure all digital campaigns get live, including collection of assets and liaising with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
  • Lead the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues to internal team and client, when necessary
  • Manage all campaigns including reporting, bid management, inventory forecasting and analysis
  • Develop reporting schedules and campaign maintenance process for all advertisers
  • Communicate client-reporting requirements and provide full campaign accountability; generate and deliver client analytics
  • Serve as a point of contact for problem escalation; demonstrate exceptional client interaction skills
  • Deliver campaign recap to sales leads and/or clients summarizing performance
  • Coordinate with Sales Team on development of renewal strategies including post-campaign research based on delivery insights
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during active campaigns, demonstrating expertise in media & reporting, research and legal aspects.
  • Cultivate positive and professional client relationships through regular check-ins, prompt responses, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Support sales efforts to upsell and renew business, participating in sales presentations and conference calls as required.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when communicating with both colleagues and external clients.
  • Field ad hoc requests from clients as needed.
  • Aid in managing CRM systems, prospecting tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Act as a primary lead for RFPs and proposals for all campaigns across Stadium Bally Live, including linear, digital, mobile, social, and advanced advertising/programmatic
  • Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for Stadium Bally Live
  • Help tactically drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales process
  • Support in strategizing media solutions to best meet and exceed client goals and expectations
  • Support in developing media plans that effectively maximize client investment opportunities
  • Confirm media availability and make inventory reservations
  • Support in customized PowerPoint decks that outline the response to the business opportunity
  • Update CRM database throughout the process
  • Lead the implementation and tracking of media plans and provide valuations and assessments to gauge effectiveness
  • Actively track delivery of ad schedules and prepare all post-analysis and proof-of-performance and ensure correct billing
  • Manage billing associated with partner agreements and work with accounting for onboarding of new partners and collection
  • Take ownership of client inquiries related to campaign execution, developing final wrap reports, and sourcing pertinent information from various key partners.
  • Provide administration support and prep and follow-up materials for partner/prospect meetings
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, digital media, advertising, marketing or other business-related field is preferred
  • Strong, self-driving energy and upbeat, optimistic approach to the role

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel (building media math formulas/proposals) and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of media buying cycles, experience building media valuations across linear, digital, and social
  • Experience in a partner service structure, contributing to the development and management of media programs
  • Strong knowledge of media fundamentals and an understanding of key research sources
  • Comfort with data, analytics and measurement and the ability to develop and articulate strategic insights
  • Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel for business on trips typically lasting between two to five days
  • Four (4) to six (6) years’ full-time experience in media planning and/or buying

Salary Range
  • $60,000- $90,000 Annual Salary
  • 10% of salary as a bonus pool based on group sales targets after a threshold is met
