Summary:
Plans, coordinates and manages the clinical services along with the Director of Nursing. Responsible for the coordination and of nursing care and services provided to Residents. Responsible for assessment of Resident's needs, assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive care plan to address the needs of each resident, in accordance with the organizational policies, current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
