Now Hiring: Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Where: Lighthouse Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Selma, AL, a state-of-the art HealthCare facility. If you have a desire and a passion to serve the rehabilitation and healthcare needs in both the long-term and short-term care, this is the opportunity for you!

Summary:

Plans, coordinates and manages the clinical services along with the Director of Nursing. Responsible for the coordination and of nursing care and services provided to Residents. Responsible for assessment of Resident's needs, assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive care plan to address the needs of each resident, in accordance with the organizational policies, current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Alabama and one to three years of supervisory experience
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace work environment, long-term care facility or nursing home preferred
  • Possesses good communication skills and have a positive attitude toward the residents
