Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse - Clinical Nurse Educator (1.0 FTE) to join our Nursing team . The Clinical Nurse Educator collaborates with leaders and staff to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, and revise educational programing for WWH using evidence-based practice. The educator serves as the primary contact person for staff education including clinical competency verification, preceptor development and coordination, and orientation of new staff. The educator also participates in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and will oversee related practice, policy, guidelines, and process changes. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 2 years healthcare experience
• Current and valid WI Registered Nurse license

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing
• Certification in Education Nursing (CEN)
• Prior experience with staff education and development and/or patient education preferred

Work Schedule

• 1.0 FTE – 40 hours per week
