o Provides guidance and direction to ensure overall departmental success

o Train, assign or direct work to team members

o Seeks opportunities to improve satisfaction and immediately handles any member concerns or complaints. Takes corrective action as needed..

o Ensures recreation areas are properly maintained in clean, safe and appealing manner to provide optimal experience for Club members and guests.

o Ensures department follows all standard sanitation and health department guidelines.

o Maintains enough inventory of supplies and equipment and orders as needed.

o Ensures members receive outstanding, consistent, exceptional service by circulating through each area of responsibility.
