Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems - Handle cash handling duties, including opening and closing registers - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Skills: - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales is preferred - Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus - Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and enjoy competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth.
