Samurai are responsible for accurately preparing food orders, assembling Build-a-Bowls, Tacos, and Snacks in a timely and precise fashion, mastering skills on the grill and wok, adhering to health codes, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and food line.

Samurai Job Duties

• Set up 3 Compartment Sink & Wash Dishes
• Make sanitizer buckets to appropriate concentration
• Rotate and restock coolers
• Wash and cook rice according to our recipes, transfer as needed
• Grill chicken according to our recipes, cut to our standards
• Cook additional menu items like noodles, fried rice, boba, steak, fried rice, and snacks according to our recipes.
• Portion out starch and protein for a bowl to correct weight
• Build veggie combos for each bowl to correct weight, memorizing the menu
• Correctly construct tacos to proper portion size
• Clean and Detail the Kitchen space : walls, floors, ceiling, and equipment.
• Restock Paper Products
• Take out trash
• Complete Logsas needed

Skills and Qualifications

• No experience required (we’re willing to train)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to work in hot, humid environment and on your feet for 8-hour shifts
