Role: Office/Yard Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 - 4:00 PM MT

Starting Pay - $20.00 ~ depending on experience

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office/Yard Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to ensure efficient office and yard operations and excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

- Assist in work order scheduling and meeting deadlines

- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and yard

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Assist with basic basic data entry in Microsoft Office applications

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Assistant or in a related role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong "self-starter" skills are required, must be able to complete task effeciately with little to no supervision

- Experience with office management procedures such as taking notes, organizing paperwork, and answering emails

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
