Title: Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components, such as bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and more.
• Maintaining and ensuring continuous operation of specialized, fully-automated production lines.
• Troubleshooting complex industrial systems, including PLCs and drives.
• Working within safety policies, to include GFSI, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP.
• Completing daily, detailed shift report.
• Training / mentoring new employees and technicians.

Requirements:

• 5 years related experience in industrial maintenance
• Positive, team-oriented spirit
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on attitude with an interest in challenging work
