The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee and lead the Subsea Services activities for SP&S Product Line

• Interfaces with all major customer and projects for this product line

• Drive HS&E Performance

• Proactive communication with customers, sales team, AMO, and leadership to define services opportunities and executing services efficiently and safely.

• Managing Inventory Accurately and Proactively of rental tools / company assets

• Completing Job Paperwork Accurately and Timely

• Compliance to Global Quality Policy and Procedures

• Help customers identify appropriate solutions to their needs

• Responsible to ensure adherence to all Baker Hughes Global Service Delivery Policies and Procedures

• Lead a team of up to 40 offshore employees

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• High school diploma
• 3-5 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• 3-5 years in customer service
• 3-5 years experiencew/ Subsea Equipment, such as Wellheads, Controls Systems, XTs or other subsea equipment
• Proficient w/ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience leading people, services organization / technicians / engineers and customer interface
• Desirable experience planning services operations / tasks with customers
• Experience working offshore is preferred

Desired Characteristics:

• 2-4 year technical degree.

• Previous Oil &Gas or technology segment knowledge

• Strong people management skills, face to face or remotely managing people

• Previous experience working offshore is desired, not mandatory.
