We are looking are looking for enthusiastic, positive and motivated professional with a passion for design, possess exceptional listening and selling skills, and a love for building meaningful and long term customer relationships in multiple locations.

• Limited local travel is required by car
• Ability to work retail to include(some) weekends and holidays

What you will do:
1. Greet every guest in a helpful and courteous manner
2. Complete a design plan that excites the guest
3. Be engaged and committed to the project from start to finish
4. Stay current on design trends in the market
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

What we pay:
A base pay plus commission is what you will earn.
Your income opportunity is unlimited as commission is based on the more you sell the more you make. Additionally we offer an array of benefits including 401k plus employer match, Health Insurance and PTO for full time employees.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
