Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including freight, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize processes and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to coordinate transportation planning and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory control, including purchasing and replenishment.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
• Experience supervising a team of warehouse staff.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and logistics coordination.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
