BakeMark has an immediate job opening for an accomplished pastry chef , cake decorator, or baker to fill the position of Bakery Service Tech Representative! Responsibilities

• Daily driving to visit customers to assess opportunities, present new solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve technical issues, and build relationships.
• Support the assigned branches, working directly with Sales leaders to plan and support local sales goals
• Trains the branch Sales team on branded products - especially products tied to sales incentive program
• Tests new products and provides feedback to Marketing, Sales & R&D
• Works with the tech team to develop new applications and recipes for existing/new products
• Works directly with Marketing & Sales to support planning and execution of branded initiatives across the branches
• Manager your schedule
• Maintain accurate and timely records of your daily activity

Required

• At least 7 years of experience in a bakery or the pastry department at a restaurant or caterer
• Must be artistic, creative and innovative with flavor profiles and design
• Advance skills in baking, decorating and/or pastry
• Basic Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to use daily
• Travel each month up to 75% this includes some air travel

Preferred

• Culinary Degree in Baking and Pastry or certification.
