```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, customer service, and administrative tasks. ```Responsibilities:``` - Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing vacant units, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements - Coordinate maintenance and repairs for all properties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget - Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner - Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards - Oversee the collection of rent payments and enforce lease terms - Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and financial transactions - Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery - Develop and implement property management policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations governing property management ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in property management or related field - Proficient in property management software (e.g., OneSite) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to property leasing and management - Strong understanding of facilities management principles - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and team members - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional property management services, we encourage you to apply for this position.
