Bahama Consulting is Hiring a Monitor Technician Near Oklahoma, OK
TITLE: Monitor Technician
LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK | Onsite
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | 12/hr. Shifts– 3 Days Per Week
PAY: $22.00 - $30.00 Hour DOE
This is the pay range that BAHAMA Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position.
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring the patient once nursing staff have attached patient to the telemetry unit.
- Check for accurate date/time printout on rhythm strips.
- Provide daily printings of each patient’s rhythm strip.
- Maintain appropriate alarm settings for each patient.
- Assist in troubleshooting monitor equipment.
- Alert staff when a patient is in crisis.
- Perform ECGs as needed.
- Maintain supplies for monitor area.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- BLS Certification (AHA)
