PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.
Busy restaurant owner looking for a task oriented individual for administrative assistance across five food businesses. An ideal candidate has administrative experience, is comfortable running errands, using excel, canva, Mac OS, gmail & google drive docs. Must be comfortable speaking on phone with vendors, be incredibly organized and thorough. Also is not overwhelmed easily. There are always a million balls in the air at any given time. Ideally the right candidate can help keep creative projects and objectives on task and on time. Absolute room for growth with the right candidate as the business grows if desired. Will be required to do some personal tasks/errands especially for upcoming wedding.
Social media competency is a big plus. Also, will be helping to execute content calendar across locations and personal brand.
Delicious food, coffee and baked goods are a bonus. Must have weekday availability. Days are flexible, but will need some sort of fixed schedule once agreed upon. 2-3 days for the right candidate.
Must have own reliable transportation (mileage to be submitted for reimbursement)
