Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Supervise and train café staff on customer service, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and place orders to ensure optimal supply.
• Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that patrons receive excellent service and lead by example in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to café staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Maintain and uphold high standards of food and beverage quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasionally cover shifts as needed.
• Valid food handler’s card.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand 6-8 hours per day.
• Reliable transportation.
