Baer is looking for Oracle Business Process Architect for a 12 month Federal remote project.
Title: Oracle Business Process Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months - **July 1 Target Start Date**
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine business processes, incorporating effective KPIs to meet specific function requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to translate business strategies into clear process improvements.
• Work closely with process owners to create detailed process blueprints that serve as a foundation for implementation
• Define and document business process requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
• Assist in conducting quality management reviews to verify that all business and design requirements are comprehensively met.
• Implement corrective actions and enhancements to optimize business processes.
• Educate and guide stakeholders through the process designs, ensuring thorough understanding and buy-in.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS modules, specifically in roles supporting and leading implementations.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex business processes within large-scale environments.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• 5-7 years of experience with Oracle EBS modules, including direct involvement in process design and implementation phases.
• Solid understanding of business process architecture and its impact on organizational effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications related to Oracle EBS or business process management.
• Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies.
