Warehouse Associate

At Baer's, our Warehouse Associates help to ensure an optimal customer experience. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean and safe environment both in the warehouse as well as on the sales floor; interact with customers in a professional manner; and contribute in all warehouse operations and activities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory, reporting discrepancies
• Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• High school degree or equivalent

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
