Warehouse Associate

Baer’s Furniture, Florida’s premier furniture and mattress retailer, is searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. At Baer's, our Warehouse Associates help to ensure an optimal customer experience. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean and safe environment both in the warehouse as well as on the sales floor; interact with customers in a professional manner; and contribute in all warehouse operations and activities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure a clean and safe environment both in the warehouse and sales floor
• Ensure furniture, fixtures, and accessories are clean and neat according to standards.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Complete diary logs into inventory, reporting discrepancies.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• High school degree or equivalent
