The program delivers Enterprise Computing engineering services with modern technology solutions with that function both on customer premise and via remote Cloud services. As a mission focused Systems Engineer that solves problems on the program, you will be expected to: Recognize the issue(s), identify the facts, define additional data that would be helpful, make assumptions as necessary, determine alternative approaches, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, alter assumptions and rework solutions, and reflect on lessons learned. Our Windows Infrastructure team engineers and develops solutions to customer requirements around Server 2016 -2019 OS platforms. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and makes recommendations. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirement into total systems solution that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Tests, debugs, and assists in the refinement of system products. Designs, implements, and documents efficient procedures for the distribution and installation of changes to IT systems. Prepares required documentation, including both program level and user level documentation.Performs functional analysis on customer systems configuration issues, and provides Tier 3/4 support to problem resolution as required.ABC
Required Education, Experience, & SkillsSeeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a minimum of three (3) years' experience. A bachelor's or master's Degree are preferred with significant experience in the following areas:
