Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recruitment strategy, job postings, and employment branding.
• Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs and develop strategies for success.
• Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to ensure organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Process new employees hiring paperwork, insurance, and benefit plan.
• Process payroll, paid time off, and employee benefits.
• Conduct disciplinary action if employee violates company policy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
