Backus Smiles, a single-doctor Orthodontic practice, is seeking an outgoing, caring, & detail-oriented person to going our awesome team as an Orthodontic Assistant!
Job Descriptions and Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Assist Dr. during clinical procedures including treatment preparation & charting
- Communicate with patients & parents on treatment progress, braces care, and oral hygiene at each visit
- Place/remove arch wires, brackets, and appliances; prepare teeth for bonding
- Sterilization, make clear retainers, clean patient chairs
- Records: x-rays & scanning throughout treatment
