As the Product Owner of Product Hub, you are the driver of a new platform for information spanning our full product range. You will represent the capability to customers, partners and implementation teams and plan 3-6 months out, and always strive to hit these achievements. You’re a good communicator, very comfortable running internal sessions independently, however thrive in collaboration and love to workshop ideas with your colleagues. As our PO, you get to define, set up and monitor product KPIs for the projects in your area.
To really own this role from end to end, we think you’ll need:
● A strong track record as Product Owner, bonus points if you’ve owned content-focused products (e.g. documentation portal, marketing website, etc);
● A data-driven mindset and are comfortable implementing analytics and eager to rely on data and user feedback to gain insight and report on product usage as well as drive ongoing improvements;
● Familiarity with the ins and outs of product marketing and an understanding of the essential role that communications plays in a strong customer and partner experience;
● The ability to solve complex problems; taking a fresh perspective on existing solutions;
● You can easily define clear and concrete epics and user stories;
● Strong stakeholder management skills and thrive with cross-discipline collaboration.
