Job Details
- Answering high volume of phone calls
- Scheduling patient appointments for multiple locations
- Promote the practice in all conversations with callers
- Welcome patients to the practice
- Direct patient inquiries to appropriate departments
- Full time position
Qualifications
- Dental experience preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix software a PLUS
- Warm, upbeat, friendly personality
- Consistently conducts themselves in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Ability to follow procedures
- Attention to detail
- Calm, patient demeanor

- Extra Oral Suction Systems (EOS) for all aerosol producing procedures, so germs are not allowed to spread
- Mandatory temperature check for all employees and patients before they enter the office
- PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks for our clinical staff
- Cleaning of all communal areas every hour
- At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
