Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including inventory control, team management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the establishment
- Train and mentor employees to maintain high standards of performance
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Experience in banquet operations is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
