Role Description

We are seeking caregivers across Central Boston! If you are looking to pick up some extra hours / shifts within a 15 mile radius of Boston, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Additionally, the role involves assisting clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) such as light housekeeping, shopping, and running errands.

Babette Home Care is committed to providing the highest quality of care possible for clients, including socialization and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Cook and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or special needs as needed
• Complete medical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow care plans and instructions provided
