- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Assist with procedures such as venipuncture, gastric lavage, and wound care
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for documentation and communication purposes
- Provide specialized care in areas such as neonatal ventilator management, pain management, dementia care, and pediatric nursing

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {Indiana and/or Kentucky}
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in case management and coordinating patient care across multiple healthcare settings is a plus
